Beyond research, I am deeply committed to fostering diversity and equality in academia and to fighting harassment and discrimination against doctoral students. I am an active member of the Equality-Parity Committee at the Signals and Systems Laboratory (L2S) (CentraleSupélec), where I contribute to developing initiatives promoting gender equality in research.

The association aims to inspire middle school, high school, and university girls by showcasing the exciting careers of engineers and technicians, specifically with relatable testimonials from women engineers, technicians, and students to encourage them to envision themselves in these roles and pursue these careers, breaking the stereotype that such professions are primarily « for men. » [website]
